1. How do I book an author for an event?

2. How do I request a review copy?

Please fax (312) 787-6269, email publicity@ivanrdee.com, or mail your request on company letterhead to:

3.How can I obtain an author photo or jacket/cover image for use in another publication?

Once we have granted permission for use (see Rights and Permissions FAQ information), please email elephant@ivanrdee.com, specifying in which format you would like to receive the image (print or electronic file). If you would like to receive an electronic file via email, please specify the size, dpi, platform Mac or PC, and type of file you need. Please note that most author photos are grayscale 300 dpi and will be sent as jpg files. To find out if another option is available, contact us.
